As a DPM, I meet the teams where they’re at; sometimes I need to be in the weeds and be scrappy to get things done, sometimes I lead and think longer term strategies to build efficient operations. Organizations and teams are always evolving, and my approach is to stay flexible while having foresight into what the team may need in the near future. I use data to inform program decisions paired with signals from the teams I lead.
